Hi! My Name is Gary PesticcioI was born in Cardiff, South Wales in 1968.My childhood was like any other except for one blot on my happiness. I was too fat!Right from school I was known as Fat Boy.At that time I weighed around 13 stone. By the time I was 37 I weighed nearly twice that at over a stupendous 21 stone on my groaning 5 ft. 4 frame.This was mainly due to my eating habits, which consisted of sampling various fast food restaurants, walloping far too many chips from the chip shop and drinking too much alcohol.If you add chain smoking to this list you would see that I was no role model for anyone claiming to lead a healthy lifestyle.My love for a lot of junk food included tucking away huge portions of King Burgers and Chips at the local McDonald restaurant or alternately chomping down on endless servings of Chinese, Indian and Mexican cuisines.In my own way I was quite a connoisseur of good food, washed down with litres of beer, whisky and wine.Too much of the Good life soon began to show in my overlarge frame and poor health in the forms of: -High blood pressure Liver problems High Cholesterol level Breathlessness Low fitness level This negative self-image of looking at my self as a joke continued all through school and college.I tried to dull the ridicule by drinking and smoking and over eating.But then something happened that I had write a book about and I'd like to give you a copy!This e-Book is about how I overcame my obesity naturally without the use of fad diets or drugs.This book is also about how I overcame multiple addictions in the form of drinking and smoking along with overeating that spiralled out of control.Despite the heavy odds, I overcame these problems and gained back my life, just as you will.If you have walked the long and disappointing road to weight control like I have and felt overwhelmed by the promises of instant weight loss-but found yourself poorer, wiser and no thinner.Then this book offers a ray of hope.Just look at the press!There IS a permanent weight loss solution, but it is not an instant one.
